Architects Registration Board (ARB)

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)
Charles Grylls is registered as a Chartered Architect with the RIBA. Membership requires all listed architects to adhere to a strict code of professional standards which can be viewed on the RIBA website. The Passivhaus Institute
Charles Grylls is certified as a Passivhaus Designer with the Passivhaus Institute. Insurance
Members of the Architects Register are required to carry PII (Professional Indemnity Insurance) adequate to meet the needs and complexity of commissions and ensure that protection is in place to cover risks for the duration of a project and beyond into it's life cycle.
Quality and Procedures Management / Environmental Policy
We have implemented quality management and office procedures drawn up by the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) for Chartered Practice status. The practice is currently registering for chartered status and will be updated on the RIBA Chartered Practice Database shortly. The RIBA procedures guidance forms the basis for our practice environmental policy which is continually updated and reviewed. We aim to maintain a high percentage of recycling and follow a startegy of low energy practice with energy supplied from renewable sources.
